Returning from the War Zone: A Guide for Military Personnel, Returning from the War Zone: A Guide for Families of Military Members. These two short guides were developed by experts at the National Center for PTSD and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. 

Vet Centers - These centers provide readjustment counseling and outreach services to all veterans who served in any combat zone. Services are also available for their family members for military related issues. Veterans have earned these benefits through their service and all are provided at no cost to the veteran or family.

National Center for PTSD (NCPTSD) - A center established to improve the well-being of U.S. veterans through PTSD research and education.
