A Brief Phased Two-Step Intervention for Treating General Psychological Distress, PTSD, and Co-Morbidities in Healthcare Workers Consequent to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Participants: 

 Were you a healthcare worker* during the COVID-19 pandemic?

 Have you experienced any of the following: 

Stress? 

Feeling burnt out? 

Sleep problems? 

Feeling anxious or down? 

Difficulty concentrating? 

Repetitive unwanted memories? 

Just not feeling like yourself? 

 *Includes any hospital or medical college employee, i.e., nurse, physician, respiratory therapist, patient support service personnel (patient transport, security, environmental services). If you arent sure about your eligibility, just ask us!

Purpose: 

You may be eligible for an intervention for psychological distress in healthcare workers consequent to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Details: 

All information is strictly confidential. 

Participants will receive free virtual interventions and compensated up to $150 for completion of the study.
